Esta canción habla de aprovechar el momento y disfrutar de todo mientras te sientes  joven, de no estar continuamente lamentándose por las cosas que no hicimos y de darte cuenta de aquellos momentos en que estás viviendo todo lo que algún día soñaste. Una vocecita (la conciencia) dice que no te duermas ni malgastes tu tiempo recordando el pasado, sino que la vida tiene cosas muy bonitas que hay que sentirlas y darte cuenta en el preciso momento en que las estás disfrutando...

Esta canción habla de sentimientos autobiográficos, como la mayoría de las letras. Habla de decir sí a todo lo que se presente, de hacer cosas, y de lanzarse a todo, de las metas en la vida, de encontrarse feliz y valorarlo cuando estás pasando por una buena etapa, no como suele ocurrir, que nos acordamos de lo bueno cuando atravesamos un momento difícil. Habla de esos momentos en que consigues lo que sueñas y lo disfrutas, cuando te sientes realizado y que las cosas en tu vida adquieren sentido. Es un tema que derrocha notas de color.
