This song talks about sizing the day and enjoy all the pleasures that life gives while you feel young... we shouldn´t be all day regretting and thinking of the past, of the things we didn´t do... we must realize those moments of our lives that we are living just what we just dreamt one day. One voice (our conscience) suggests that we shouldn´t sleep all day and waste our lives and our time, and we should feel our life, and the beautiful things it gives us.
