After some months without a gg and without a group, this was the debut gig with the new line-up. Ismael, the former drummer, helped us in this gig. We are very lucky, as our debut gig was in an important festival in Spain, Coontempopranea Festival. We played some songs from "High" and others from "Repertorio B". This was the first time that Laura and Pili went up on a stage.

After our debut gig in a festival, our second gig with the new line-up would be in another important spanish festival, called Lemon Pop Festival. Angel Pop played drums here. We played after Me Enveneno de Azules, adn the venue was really crowded. We couldn´t believe! We made a long set, with songs from all our albums, some covers, and even a new song, that would be included later in "Surprise". It was "Shooting Star".
19-10-01 Village Green (Málaga)
This was our first gig in a small venue, not in a festival, and we didn´t expect how the audience would react to our new line-up. It was really nice, as the venue was crowded, and after a 5-hour trip in the van, it was worth in the end, as the people enojyed the show. Some friends helped us with the sound (people from Fila India and The Blue Meanies). All the people was very kind with us, and we were really happy that night, although it was raining. After the gig, I went to the dj cabin, and I was astonished when I saw the records, I firstly saw the CATCHERS debut album, a nice record, and I thought that there are no many places like that! I started djing as I loved all the records Roberto had there, while the rest of the group were sleepy waiting in the bus.

We played in Murcia again, and supporting one of our favourite bands, the scottish Astrid. This made that we could play in a crowded venue, in our own city!!! We only played a few songs, as we started too late. Charlie from Astrid told us that he had enjoyed a lot, and we reminded him to the Wannadies, and we couldnt believe his words!!!
3-11-01 Black Note (Valencia), with The Ladybug Transistor
We were so lucky to support one of the coolest bands... The Ladybug Transistor! The venue was crowded, and the sound was very good... it sounds strange, but it was true... we enjoyed our show on the stage, and people also enjoyed it! Even the Ladybug Transistor members enjoyed it, and they told us after the concert that they had liked it most!
